What a battle! Your Sizzle went to Richmond VA and took care of business. The defense had a bend but not break attitude. River City took the opening kick off and were inside the 5 when the D forced a turnover. The offense moved the ball by using the power run game. The game’s final score was 20-0! The score doesn’t represent the dominance of both sides of the ball. Great team effort!

2025 Season Begins with the WIN!

The team with new coaches and players worked hard to pull off the 22-14 win. The game was full of spotlight moments. Some of those moments were a punt return early in the game to spark the offense. A number of defensive plays capped off by a tackle from behind after a 40 yard run down, an interception. Then the defense flexed it's muscle and closed the door to a possible comeback by creating a safety! 

It was a hard hitting, hard fought game by both teams. Thank you to all of our fans for their support! The next game is May 3 in New Orleans.
